There is no special knowledge, or even anything alluding to it, in any of the "gnostic" movies you've mentioned. In the Matrix everyone is saved through the heroic act of the savior, not special knowledge. As for Neo, 1. He didn't use special knowledge, he just had to apply himself and go through the same general training everyone else gone through. 2. Neo's qualifier wasn't his application of some knowledge, it was him. He was special, which is what we see in Christ regardless of your flavor of Christianity. 3. In the movie Neo is one of us. He isn't an archon nor is he associated with them. There is no mention of that anywhere in the movie. He's just one of the people who happens to be gifted.
