This is part 4, the final discussion from our Open Letter to Open Minded Progressives reading group. I spend about an hour drawing connections between the political philosophy of Carl Schmitt and Moldbug, and try to argue that Moldbug’s political philosophy is built upon the framework Schmitt laid out. After that it opens to discussion, including Adrian Georges and Athenian Stranger, both who’ve been on the show before, and both who know Schmitt and Moldbug well.
